HI everyone. My name is Garry and I live in the Blue Mountains just west of Sydney. I have 5 1/4 acres of land at Little Hartley (just west of the Blue Mountains). I am planning to build a fully sustainable off-grid home there starting later this year. I am doing it as an owner-builder.
