The Australian Property Expo takes place next month.
The 24th Australian Property Expo will take place at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre on March 28 and 29.
Featuring over 100 developers and exhibitors, 1,000 homes, and 30 plus investment seminars, the show is free to attend. The seminars will feature high profile speakers who will offer their property advice. The benefits of the local region, current property market, new projects, investment opportunities, future trends of the property market and key issues impacting on the sector will be discussed.
Speakers include: Dr Andrew Wilson, chief economist of My Housing Market; Chris Gray, host of Your Property Empire on Sky News Business; and Paul Wilson, founder of Income2Wealth.
The Expo will also feature: local, interstate and international developments; Fenshui Masters seminars; lucky draws by exhibitors; free gifts and more surprises.
The Expo is geared towards a wide variety of home buyers.
Up to 26% of buyers and investors are aged 20-30, 46% are aged 30-45, with 24% aged 45-60. Up to 35% of visitors are looking for their main residence and almost 40% of attendees have incomes of up to $150,000.
