I've just had a quick look around for you and all of the installation guides I can find say to use a neutral cure silicon:

"Only neutral cure silicones should be used, this will ensure there is no
bleed through the painted finish."

http://akril.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2014/07/Akril_kitchen_IM.pdf

"Important note: Always use NEUTRAL CURE glazing silicone and NEUTRAL CURE silicone. Most silicones contain acid which will eat through the paint."

http://www.ozziesplash.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/How-to-measure-install-and-Acrylic-Sheets.pdf

Etc.

http://www.ispsinnovations.com.au/bonethane---installation.html

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gan6ZLkhPaI#t=598

Maybe give the manufacturer a quick call to confirm when you're collecting it though... If you don't it'll almost certainly end up being one that needs Liquid Nails instead...
