GPO location w.r.t. water pipes

<p>Hey Glenn. Ran this past Gary Busbridge, who's the Standardisation Manager for Clipsal. Here's what he had to say about it:</p><blockquote><p>These pipes are to be defunct as stated. I see no reason not to put a powerpoint in that part of the wall.<br />One proviso it will be important to use a licensed electrician to ensure that there are no issues with the installation.<br />If those pipes are metal and run underground it would be essential to ensure that there is no way that any electrical wires could make contact.
