As the size of the pins can change, it is important to check the size on your existing tube before purchasing a replacement. It is also necessary to ensure you use the right wattage, length and diameter of bulb. Simply check on the box for the letter ‘G’ followed by two numbers. The numbers will indicate the size of the pin’s diameter in millimetres. The length of the globe will be clearly listed on the box.
