<p>Good Afternoon,</p><p>I couldn't agree more, there are some things home owners should do, such as garden maintenance, ensure the property is tidy and no buildup of old boards and the gutters are allowing water to flow freely to the storm water, on higher roofs it's possible a professional should be called for safety reasons, as a fall from a ladder is something no one wants. Electrical safety and plumbing are areas which if not done correctly can quickly become very costly and are also potentially very dangerous. </p>
